For dough:
350ml warm milk
9g dry yeast
550g flour
1 egg
50ml oil
1 v.s. sugar
1 a.s. salt
2 v.s. poppy
1 a.s. garlic powder
1 a.s. paprika powder
100g sliced olives
For the cream:
200g cream cheese with herbs or garlic
1 a.s. mustard seeds
salt according to taste

Directions

1.
Making buns:
Mix the milk with sugar and yeast. Let the yeast foam, then add the oil and the beaten egg. Mix. Then mix the remaining ingredients in the bowl, make a “well” and pour in the liquid mixture. Knead well. Flour the table and roll out a little more sticky dough on it, knead gently, form a ball and place in a clean bowl to rise for 30-40 minutes. Cover with cling film or a towel. Turn the risen dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out into a 1cm thick sheet. Spread the sheet with mayonnaise and ketchup. Cut into strips a few cm thick, sprinkle with cheese, add meats, canned goods, dried herbs and whatever your heart desires. In our case, we were cleaning the refrigerator 🥰😅🍕. Then we roll the strips into buns, place them in a baking dish lined with baking paper and, covered again, let them rise for about 30 minutes. At this time, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees. When the buns rise, we bake them for 20-25 minutes. After baking, we leave them to cool briefly, while we make the cream.

Cream production:
Mix the cream well, taste it. Spread it on the slightly cooled “picabons”. Garnish with a little more poppy seeds, crispy onions and herbs that go well with the pizza, such as thyme, oregano.
