For putty:

Directions
1.
Dough
Add the yeast to the warm milk and let it bubble and activate. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, pour in the milk with the yeast and knead for about 10-15 minutes until the dough cleans the bowl when turned (but it should still stick to your hands a little easily, we don't want a hard, non-sticky ball, so we don't add more flour. It's better to use less. Let the dough rise. If it's very warm, it will rise in 20-30 minutes, if it's cooler, it will take an hour. Mix the filling from the above ingredients. Knead the risen dough lightly (this way we release the air) and roll it out into a rectangle.

Baking
Place in a baking dish and cover while the oven heats up to allow it to rise a little more. Before baking, brush the buns with cream and bake for 18-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Mix the glaze from the above ingredients and spread over the baked and slightly cooled buns. Delicious!
