Autumn harvest-inspired one-bite snack making tutorials

The training will be intensive, we will bake crispy snack bases, choux pastries, make fillings, spreads, and decorative elements. All flavors are coordinated and adapted to us, the inhabitants of the Baltics. Snacks are not only for the autumn season, but all recipes, their accents, or individual production techniques will serve you well at any time of the year. We want to inspire you. You will make +- 50 one-bite snacks. At the end of the activity, you will be able to do a stylized mini photo shoot to update your portfolio. The training will last up to 5-6 hours, so estimate this before registering (we will also have a 30-minute lunch/rest break)

The education will take place in Plungė, at the studio “Skanumynų akademija” in the Plungė Business Center.
