Return Policy

Introduction

This return policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all goods purchased in the e-store. www.skanumynuakademija.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Store). The Policy covers both physical goods and downloadable goods.

1. Right of return

1.1. The consumer has the right to return physical goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods if the goods do not meet expectations or are of poor quality.

1.2. The right of return is no longer valid for downloaded goods.

2. Return process

2.1. In order to return the product, the Consumer must:

   – 2.1.1. Contact the Store by e-mail info@skanumynuakademija.lt or by phone +37060920653 and provide the order number and reason for return.

   – 2.1.2. Fill out the return request form, if provided by the Store.

2.2. The consumer must return the goods in their original packaging, undamaged and with all labels, if applicable.

2.3. The Consumer must send the returned goods according to the agreement (e.g. by parcel machine, courier, etc.)

3. Return costs

3.1. Return costs (e.g. shipping costs) may be paid by the User, except in cases where the product was delivered of poor quality or incorrect.

3.2. The store is not responsible for items lost during the return process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refund deadline

4.1. The return will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods at the Store.

4.2. The consumer will be informed about the refund process and the terms for transferring the refund amount.

5. Exceptions

5.1. The right of return does not apply to the following cases:

   – 5.1.1. Goods whose packaging has been opened (except for goods of poor quality).

  – 5.1.2. Goods made to order or customized according to the User's specifications.
