E-Shop Terms of Use
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern your (hereinafter referred to as the User) right to use www.skanumynuakademija.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Store) and the goods and services provided therein.
1.2. By using the Store, the User confirms that he/she agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree to these Terms, he/she should not use the Store.

9.1. All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Consumer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or another competent institution.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1. The user's personal data will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with www.skanumynuakademija.lt the privacy policy, which is published in the Store.
10.2. The user confirms that he has read the privacy policy and agrees that his personal data will be processed in accordance with it.
11. Additional provisions
11.1. The Store reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. All changes will come into effect upon their publication in the Store.
11.2. The User is responsible for reviewing and complying with these Terms. By using the Store after the changes are posted, the User confirms that he/she agrees to the new Terms.
11.3. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are concluded in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. All issues not related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
